Fortunately, Unfortunately

June 19, 2012

For a few days I was concerned that Annie’s little stump of an umbilical cord hadn’t fallen off.  Fortunately, it fell off Sunday.  Unfortunately, Miss P ate it.  It got stuck in her teeth.

How will we ever get over this?  On the bright side, Miss P has learned a valuable life lesson: don’t sample little black things that you find on the floor.  Her comment: “It was very very bad.”

congrats on having baby annie! 🙂 hilarious post! maybe miss p has just found her “cavewoman” roots – like the midwives who make smoothies or dried capsules out of the placenta for the new mom to drink.
