Some activities to try at home.

February 1, 2011

Charlie and Elisabeth have been unusually busy today so I documented their activities in case you wanted to try some of these yourself.

1. Activity number one they call “going to the barbershop to fix our tools”.  This activity mainly involves deciding who is going to sit where in the car on the way to the barbershop and singing “little drummer boy”.  Be sure to allow plenty of time as this activity takes about an hour and a half.
2. Activity number two they call “cleaning my house”.  It involves dumping legos in your box and then cleaning them up.  A good time had by all.
3.  Don’t forget to put on your makeup.  Elisabeth was proud to point out that she painted her nails “by my own”.
4.  If you are looking for some peace and quiet you might enjoy one of the twins’ regular favorites “GrandPa and GrandPa”. (a nice activity–as there is never any conflict over who is going to be grandpa.)
5.  And then there’s always the lovely bath.
Right now Elisabeth is driving Charlie to IKEA where she tells him he will be placed in Childcare.
